Some links on Millennosphere are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission—at no additional cost to you. We only recommend things we’d suggest anyway, and our opinions and recommendations are always our own.
Why we’re telling you this
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires that any material connection between a publisher and the brands it links to be clearly and conspicuously disclosed, so readers can weigh our recommendations with that relationship in mind. We believe in that standard beyond just meeting it—you deserve to know when a link could put money in our pocket.
Programs we currently participate in
As of September 2, 2026, Millennosphere is not yet an active member of any affiliate program. We haven’t applied to or been approved for any affiliate network yet, and no link on the Site is currently a paid affiliate link.
This page will be updated the moment that changes, and we’ll list every program we join here—including retail affiliate programs (for example, Amazon Associates, eBay Partner Network, or Etsy via Awin), affiliate networks (such as Awin, Impact, CJ Affiliate, or Rakuten Advertising), and any brand-specific partnerships (wellness, finance, or travel programs, for instance). Nothing on this page should be read as implying we currently have a relationship with any specific retailer or brand.
How you’ll know a specific link is an affiliate link
Once affiliate links go live on the Site, we’ll disclose it at the post level, not just here:
- • A short, plain-language notice will appear near the top of any article containing affiliate links — above the fold, before the first link, not buried in a footer.
- • If we post affiliate content on a social platform, the disclosure will be in the visible caption text, not just in a bio link.
- • Affiliate links may be routed through a link-management tool for tracking purposes, but the disclosure requirement applies regardless of how a link is formatted or where it points.
What this means for you
An affiliate relationship never changes the price you pay—retailers set their own prices, and any commission comes out of their margin, not your pocket. It also doesn’t change our editorial judgment: we write Skip verdicts as readily as recommendations, and a product’s affiliate status has no bearing on whether we think it’s worth your money.
