1. Who we are
Millennosphere (“Millennosphere,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates millennosphere.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly:
- Your email address and any details (name, email, message) you submit through a form on the site. Also, any comments you post on articles, along with the name/email/website you enter to comment.
Information collected automatically:
- • Standard log data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time/date of visit.
- • Approximate location (city/region level, inferred from IP address).
- • Data collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4).
We do not knowingly collect more information than we need to run the Site, serve relevant content, and support our advertising and affiliate partnerships.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
- • Send the newsletter to subscribers and respond to contact form inquiries.
- • Understand how visitors use the Site (via analytics) so we can improve content.
- • Serve advertising, including personalized/interest-based advertising, through the ad networks and partners listed below.
- • Track affiliate link performance and pay/receive commissions where applicable.
- • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, local storage) for:
- • Essential/functional purposes—remembering your cookie preferences, keeping the site working correctly.
- • Analytics—understanding traffic and behavior in aggregate (see Section 5).
- • Advertising—our ad partners and, in some cases, we ourselves use cookies to serve ads and measure their performance, including ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites (“interest-based” or “personalized” advertising).

5. Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time on site, device/browser type, and approximate location, and may set cookies to do so. This data is reported to us in aggregate/pseudonymous form.

We also use Google Search Console to monitor Site performance in search results; this does not collect personal information from visitors.
6. Advertising
We display ads on the Site through the following advertising partner(s): Google AdSense. These partners and their own advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may interest you.

7. Affiliate links and third-party sites
Millennosphere participates in affiliate marketing programs, which means we may earn a commission when you click certain links and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. Programs we currently participate in (or may join in the future) include: Amazon Associates, Awin, Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, eBay Partner Network, and select brand-specific affiliate programs.
As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
Affiliate links use tracking cookies so the relevant network can attribute a sale to us; those networks’ own privacy policies govern how they handle that data. Full disclosure of our affiliate relationships is available on our Affiliate Disclosure page, and a short disclosure appears on any post containing affiliate links.
The Site also links to third-party websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies separately.
8. Your privacy rights (California residents)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:
- • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- • Request deletion of personal information we’ve collected about you.
- • Correct inaccurate personal information.
- • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information — which, under California law, can include the use of advertising cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands.
- • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. You can opt out of the sale/sharing described above by adjusting your cookie preferences via the pop-up. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal where technically supported.

9. Visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland
If you’re accessing the Site from the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland, we (and our advertising and analytics partners) rely on your consent, collected through our cookie consent tool, as the legal basis for non-essential cookies and related processing. You can withdraw consent at any time through that tool or your browser settings.

10. Email communications
If you subscribe to any future newsletter, every email will include an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We will not sell your email address. This complies with the CAN-SPAM Act.
11. Children’s privacy
Millennosphere is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we’ve inadvertently collected such information, we’ll delete it. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at millennosphere@gmail.com.
12. Data retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our tools, partners, or legal obligations change. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected prominently on this page.
